What we collect directly

Nothing you type into the generator. QR and barcode content is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers, stored, or shared. Your theme and language preferences are saved in your browser's local storage and stay on your device.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in an aggregated and anonymous way, how the site is used: page views, time on page, device type, and approximate region. This helps us improve the site and does not identify you personally.

Cookies and advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and at aboutads.info.

Open QR Code is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13.
